Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

You give us: name, email address, country, optionally a WhatsApp number, your stated learning interest, and anything you write in a form or support message.

Created by your use: courses you own, lesson progress, quiz results, resources you save, challenges you complete, certificates issued, and support history.

Automatically: pages viewed, referring site, and UTM or referral parameters on the link you arrived through. We record an anonymous identifier in a cookie for funnel analytics.

We never collect your card number, expiry or security code. Those go directly to our payment provider.

2. Why we use it

• To give you what you bought and keep your progress
• To send transactional email: receipts, access, certificates, renewal and payment notices
• To send marketing email, only if you opted in, with one-click unsubscribe
• To understand which parts of the platform work and which do not
• To detect fraud and abuse
• To meet legal and accounting obligations

3. Legal basis

Contract (delivering what you purchased), consent (marketing email), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, first-party analytics), and legal obligation (accounting records).

4. Who we share it with

Only service providers that make the platform work: our hosting provider, our database provider, our payment provider and our email provider. Each processes data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal data, ever, to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Account data for as long as your account is open, then deleted on request. Invoices and payment records are kept as long as accounting law requires. Analytics events are retained in aggregate.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and you can withdraw marketing consent at any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Contact us and we will action it.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies: your session, an anonymous analytics identifier, your first-touch attribution, your language choice and your theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies unless and until an advertising pixel is enabled, which would be disclosed here first.

8. Security

Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form. Access to production data is limited. Secrets are held in environment configuration, not in code. Payment card data never reaches our servers.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's standard contractual protections.

10. Children

The platform is not intended for anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
