Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GCC AI Academy ("we", "us") provides online AI education, digital resources, a membership programme and, separately, implementation services. These terms govern your use of the platform.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to it. One account is for one person; sharing credentials or redistributing course content is not permitted.

3. What you are buying

Courses are one-time purchases. Access is permanent, including future updates to that course, unless your purchase is refunded or your account is closed for a breach of these terms.

AI Club is a recurring membership billed monthly or annually. It renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling AI Club never removes access to courses you purchased.

Implementation services are quoted and contracted separately. These terms do not govern that work.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in UAE Dirham (AED) and include any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your card details. We may change prices, but a change never affects a course you have already bought, and any membership price change is notified before it takes effect.

5. Refunds

See our refunds page. In summary: courses are refundable within 14 days if you have completed no more than a third of the lessons; memberships can be cancelled any time but part-periods are not refunded.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: share your account, redistribute or resell content, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass access controls, or use the platform to break the law. We may suspend or close an account that does.

7. Content and intellectual property

Course content, resources, prompts and templates remain our property. You may use them freely in your own work and in work you do for clients. You may not resell them as a product, republish them, or present them as your own course material.

8. No income guarantee

We do not guarantee earnings of any kind. Our courses teach methods and show examples. What you earn depends on what you build, who you sell it to, your market and your effort. Any figures mentioned anywhere on this platform are illustrations, not promises.

9. Not accredited

Certificates issued by GCC AI Academy confirm completion of our courses. They are not government-accredited qualifications and we do not represent them as such.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or withdraw features, and will not remove access to a course you own without refunding it.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are notified by email or in the platform before taking effect. Continuing to use the platform after that constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
